A mobile trekking app with a high bounce rate was losing users due to poor navigation. Customers were having difficulty selecting a route and using the map to follow a hike. By identifying UX issues through a complete heuristic evaluation, I redesigned the navigation structure to gain and retain new customers, improving accessibility and user flow for their audience, made up of 90% non-digital natives. The results were increased online sales, happier customers, and fewer support requests.

Startup
A fintech startup needed to leverage EU accessibility guidelines to update their mobile banking app. I led the design of a personalized onboarding flow, prioritizing user-focused design and accessibility. Through extensive user research, particularly with neurodiverse users, we identified key pain points and designed a solution that directly resulted in increased user confidence, streamlined task completion, and a notable boost in sign-ups.
By translating complex regulatory requirements into strategic design solutions, I drove measurable user engagement and business growth. Prioritizing accessibility not only successfully met compliance standards, but elevated our product to resonate deeply with an underrepresented community.

Online wine sales were significantly underperforming due to a frustrating user experience. Customers struggled to find and choose the right wines, creating a fundamental barrier to purchase. I addressed this by redesigning the product selection experience. Through deep user research and intuitive information architecture, I implemented robust filtering, enhanced search, and subtle micro animations.
The results were transformative: a substantial surge in online sales and a dramatic reduction in support requests. By identifying critical user experience flaws and implementing data-informed solutions that directly impact the bottom line, I significantly improved the customer journey and drove measurable business growth.

Building a B2B Logistics Platform from 0 to Beta

Carbon emissions along the supply chain no longer meet new EU regulations, demanding a more sustainable approach. As Founder and Lead Designer, I developed a B2B logistics model focused on optimising wholesale wine purchases for overseas clients. This involved a comprehensive analysis of the current distribution system, strategic process redesign, and the testing of a digital platform to reduce emissions in several areas.
I am proud of the hard work and tangible results we achieved building a platform from scratch. My circular vision, data-driven decisions, and innovative business approach addressed critical environmental concerns while driving growth through a circular, scalable solution.
